HISTORY
Globalshield Security Services Inc. was established and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission, (SEC) on June 9, 2004 with SEC Registration No. CS200408800. Licensed with the Philippine National Police-Security Agencies and Guards Supervision Division, (PNP-SAGSD), it operates in the entire Philippines in accordance with provisions of Republic Act No. 5487 as amended by Presidential Decree No. 100 & 1919.
